This was a new build project near buck lake - it is a cabin that required new home wiring, new panel, new electrical equipment, and everything setup for a standard home near the lake. It is a seven room cabin, it should be noted that this cabin was logs on the outside and normal drywall and structure on the inside except that the concept is more open of course because it is a cabin.
As previously mentioned, the working structure is a pre-fab nutty pine cabin log on the outside and standard on the inside. Instead of a basement it was up on steel pilings which made this a unique challenge for running wire and made me think about where I was going to place the panel. Because it is up on steel pilings there is limited space to work with under the house.

For success in a project like this, it is important to work with other trades when it comes to planning and execution. Communication becomes extremely important. As for the wiring, since there is no basement you have to run most of the wires under the house. While under the house running and securing the wires, you are on your hands and knees because of the reduced space but I didn't mind it all that much, its nothing some knee pads can't fix. For the panel, I ended up putting it in a closet near an entrance.
We want to make sure that our work is not a cause for stress and that you are able to fully enjoy the completion of your project.
“Thank you for all the great work...we passed inspection with no issues.”
